Cindy Hill, CCIM, is one of Southern California’s most experienced multifamily investment brokers, specializing in the sale of apartment buildings throughout the San Fernando Valley and surrounding Los Angeles markets.
With more than 35 years of commercial real estate experience, Cindy focuses primarily on 4–50-unit apartment properties in Burbank, Toluca Lake, Studio City, Valley Village, North Hollywood, Sherman Oaks, Van Nuys, Glendale, and Pasadena. Her concentrated market knowledge gives her clients a distinct advantage when evaluating pricing, positioning a property for sale, negotiating offers, and navigating complex transactions.
Throughout her career, Cindy has completed more than 375 successful transactions representing over $1.75 billion in real estate sales. She has represented a wide range of clients, from individual and family investors to family trusts, attorneys, financial institutions, charities, professional advisors, syndicators, and sophisticated real estate investors.
Cindy’s approach is built around specialization. She continually tracks active listings, recent sales, off-market transactions, rents, cap rates, financing trends, development activity, and changes in local and state housing regulations. This combination of market intelligence and decades of transaction experience allows her to provide clients with informed, property-specific advice rather than relying solely on broad market averages.
Her career has been recognized with numerous industry honors. Cindy has ranked among the top commercial real estate professionals within major national brokerage organizations, including recognition as the #1 Commercial Agent worldwide at Keller Williams. She has also been named among the “100 Most Influential Real Estate Agents in Southern California,” recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal among its leading real estate professionals, and received the 2026 Crexi Platinum Award.
Cindy holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, one of the commercial real estate industry’s most respected credentials. Her expertise extends beyond property valuation and marketing to investment analysis, 1031 exchanges, transaction structuring, and strategies for maximizing the value of multifamily assets.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and has been a longtime member of the Southern California real estate community.
What distinguishes Cindy is the longevity of her client relationships. Many clients have worked with her for decades and through multiple generations of ownership. Whether representing a family whose primary retirement asset is a single apartment building or an experienced investor managing a substantial portfolio, Cindy approaches each assignment with the same priorities: protect the client’s interests, communicate clearly, provide accurate market intelligence, and structure the transaction around the client’s objectives.
For Cindy, successful brokerage is not simply about closing a transaction. It is about helping clients make informed real estate decisions and building relationships based on trust, expertise, integrity, and results.
