Harma Hartouni is Equity Union Commercial’s CEO. His executive vision and business philosophy are defined and motivated by a desire to facilitate the ultimate success of those around him. Hartouni’s personal leadership style is distinguished by a service-oriented mindset and a passion for supportive, inclusive, diversified collaboration.
Hartouni became owner of multiple Keller Williams franchises in the Los Angeles area in 2009, and within seven years expanded his team to more than 900 agents generating a record volume of $2.5 billion with more than 1,500 transactions per year. Today he is the owner of Equity Union, where his organization consistently ranks #1 in Southern California in both volume and units closed, and provides services throughout the greater Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley areas, with an emphasis on Hollywood Hills, West Hollywood, and surrounding cities. Hartouni’s real estate career began in 2003, when he specialized in development projects and new construction condominiums. He soon forged dynamic partnerships with multiple financial institutions, servicing their property portfolios and REO holdings as a Certified REO Broker. Over the years he has experienced unprecedented market shifts and challenges, gaining invaluable hands-on experience. He has also successfully overseen the launch of multiple ancillary businesses, including ones focused on the management of escrow transactions and natural hazards disclosure.
Hartouni continues to grow Equity Union while devoting himself to actively mentoring and personally coaching many successful agents and top brokers. He has earned multiple real estate industry designations and accolades including Top Team in Equity Union, National Association of Realtors “30 Under 30” and Los Angeles Business Journal “40 Under 40.”

Veronica Fiorella
Vice President, Operations
Equity Union Commercial
Veronica Fiorella, Broker of Record and Productivity Coach for Equity Union Commercial, has been a licensed broker since 2002 and is responsible for growth, productivity training, and office operations. As a Top Producer, she brings a wealth of leadership management experience and talent to Equity Union Commercial.
Before joining Equity Union, Fiorella served as Team Leader and General Manager for a large commercial brokerage with offices in Burbank, Glendale, and La Canada. She led more than 350 agents as those offices received regional and national awards for growth. She is also a former Coldwell Banker Branch Manager where her team achieved annual sales volume exceeding $30 million. Fiorella is the recipient of many industry awards including International President’s Circle Elite, and was named one of LA’s Top 100 Real Estate agents by Los Angeles Magazine.
Prior to her real estate career, Fiorella held executive positions within the technology, television, and film industries. She graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California with degrees in Broadcast Journalism and International History.

Dan Stueve
Vice President, General Manager
Equity Union Commercial
Dan Stueve, Broker Associate/GRI, is Vice President and General Manager of Equity Union Commercial. He oversees operations, growth, and development – and is known for his proactive commitment to the sustained career success of his agents.
Prior to joining Equity Union Commercial, Stueve served as CEO/Team Leader for one of the largest real estate offices in the San Fernando Valley – and under his leadership it exceeded $1 billion in sales volume in a single year, for the first time in its 13-year history. In 2016, while Luxury Director at Keller Williams Hollywood Hills, Stueve trained and mentored agents and was a member of the Agent Leadership Council. That same year he was featured one of Angeleno Modern Luxury magazine’s “Modern Men of Los Angeles.” Before entering the real estate industry, Stueve specialized in family law for 14 years. He holds a BA in Communication Studies from California State University, serves as a Community Services Commissioner for the City of Chino, and was a Founding Board Member of the Chino Youth Museum.

Monica Hernandrez
Transaction Coordinator
Equity Union Commercial
Monica Hernandez, Transaction Coordinator at Equity Union Commercial, joined the company in 2010. With many years of experience in escrow and transaction coordination, she diligently manages and oversees all aspects of even the most complex transactions in a timely, accurate, and highly professional manner. Among her many other responsibilities, Hernandez ensures that all pertinent documents are completed and submitted on time, she monitors contingency periods for contractual compliance, and she relays information between all authorized parties involved in the transaction. Her knowledge and experience, meticulous attention to det\ail, and expertise in clear and prompt communication are invaluable assets to Equity Union and its clients.

Zach Pomer
Director, Marketing
Equity Union Commercial
Zach Pomer, Marketing Director at Equity Union Commercial, is responsible for management and oversight of all marketing campaigns and materials, as well as communication efforts for the entire brokerage and all of its agents. He also directs Equity Union’s strategic business development efforts, media relations, social media, print advertising, and website development. Pomer, who holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration plus a Bachelors Degree with honors in Finance from Cal State University Northridge, launched his real estate career in 2016 while still a college sophomore. Soon he became the Personal Assistant to Equity Union’s Top Producer and distinguished himself with remarkable creative talents, skills, and resourcefulness. Within months he was promoted to the position of Marketing Director.
